Remarkable difference. Amazing how simply adjusting the throttle control released all the power that the engine already had but was not using. So much nicer (and safer IMO) to drive.

I saw this on the Youtube channel Car Couch Reports and thought I would give it a try. I have a Nissan Frontier and consider it to be a little slow when trying to get up. After I installed it, I set it to Sport mode. I was deeply impressed with the acceleration and pep. As soon as I step on the gas the truck gets up and goes. I have it set for City and it still has the pep compared to not having it. This was well worth the price. I recommend this to any who wants to add more pep and power to their truck or car.

Found the perfect setting. City 2. Seems this is the setting the gas pedal, and the throttle plate are 1 to 1. Acts like I have a throttle cable... Cool. Thanks a Bunch, Larry

Will this all started one day I was getting my oil change at Nissan dealership I ask the guy there can yall do anything with the lag in this truck he said no unfortunately BUT .. you could get a pedal commander I said what’s that he said it will get with of the lag . So when I got home I looked it up watched some YouTube videos I was sold lol so I got one love it … it dose what it says gets with of the lag I’ve had it a week now I love driving my 21 frontier now .

The pedal commander fixed the almost mushy feeling when pushing on the gas pedal and the slow acceleration.. I drive mostly in city or sport mode and it made a world of improvement .The truck is more fun to drive now and even downshifts better on acceleration..A huge inprovement and would buy it again if needed. Honestly I’ve thought about one of these for years with my various vehicles but never bought one. Installed one for a friend and he said it was pretty amazing so I had to try it. Totally transformed my 23 Frontier, actually blew me away on what a transformation it was! Needless to say I now have one in order for my Willys XR!

Installed on my 2022 SV Frontier 2wd and set it to City 4. Got rid of the pedal lag and it is a lot more spirited to drive. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to get more out of their truck. Try all the settings and enjoy your “New” ride!

The longest part of the install was waiting for the courtesy lights to go out and deciding where to mount the controller. The actual install even selecting the level I wanted was less than five minutes. I am really enjoying the throttle response, the lag it had before was frustrating to me.

This was exactly was I was looking for. My Frontier is different now, accelerator is softer, speeding is easier, makes my ride reliable. Pedal commander really makes a difference. I love it !

Pedal commander installed with less than 300 miles on the vehicle. Still learning which settings work, but even sport 1 is a little too much throttle. The most I run for daily is city +4. That seems to give me the response I need. Great product overall, and would rec to anyone.

The Nissan Frontier has some of the worst "lag" I've ever felt from a drive-by-wire pedal. I hesitated for a while on purchasing the Pedal Commander; hesitant that it would really make a difference, and hesitant on the price. Then, Pedal Commander offered a discount, and I read the glowing online reviews, so I decided to pull the trigger. Man, and I glad I did! In one word: WOW! I spent the last week trying each of the settings, and settle on "Sport" for now. Once I got used to not having to nearly floor it to get moving, the throttle is instant now! I always wondered how the Frontier could have 60 more horsepower than the Ranger it replaced, but felt like it had 60 less. The Frontier is now taking advantage of all the available horsepower and torque! Definitely worth the money! Installation took less than 5 minutes. (Once I was sure I loved it, I spent a little extra time routing it into the glove box for a permanent mount.) Awesome!

WOW! This thing is awesome. It went from Grandpa's truck to young man's truck. This thing is amazing, the throttle response is terrific. The customer service could use some help though. I made the purchase then left in the dark. I wasn't in a rush but it would be nice to know what was going on. When I emailed about the status, I got a response "my message will be forwarded to the right department". I really didn't know what was happening.

I installed this in a 2011 Nissan Frontier, it did exactly what I was hoping for it to do. This is my first car that has throttle over wire instead of cable. To say the initial switch from cable to wire was a learning curve is undercutting it. Instead of simply getting used to it like a normal person, I bought this guy, set it on city -2 and it drives like throttle over cable. Can’t speak for other installations driving the same on city -2, but that’s what worked best for me. Clear your doubts, this will do exactly what you want it to. On sport+ +4, it’ll fry the tires off with just a touch of throttle, It’s a neat party trick.

I purchased a 2014 Nissan Frontier and did quiet a few cosmetic improvements but the 4 cylinder was like two squirrels under the hood I took a risk on Pedal commander with no recommendations just the basic claims of the device. I installed it and mounted it in 15 minutes. This truck isn’t a hot rod but I just spun my tires off a stopped position. I cannot believe this improvement. It has to be a 30% maybe 40 % performance improvement. The most significant thing I did to this truck by far.

Well it's like this it does an functions as advertised. If you expecting big changes ur expecting to much it does just wat the description says an no more. I did return this item twice the first seem to have a defect..the second didnt have the issue but wasn't worth the potential issue at service time so returned it also. Great response from customer care with me returning it that why the five star rate an item work as advertised
